Maybe Mark Steyn can explain Canada to me. I’ve been there and just didn’t notice the difference between them and us. Toronto is different and maybe what we are seeing is a sign of the three Canadas, Quebec, Toronto and Alberta. Anyway, I’d be interested in an analysis by someone who knows more about this than I do.
