Believer has it right. I might add when Johnson left Fannie Mae – not at his own request – he took a very comfortable severance pay which we are footing the bill for. My father used to be in the company of politicians and police his true stories lead me to believe his advice – don’t trust anyone but the flatfoot and a happy man!
So I am rethinking my Democratic position. An Independent would certainly be an indicator that we were not a corrupt country in our politics.
