However, even if we stipulate for the sake of argument that GWB was the manifestation of evil on earth the very avatar of Satan, you still have not managed even once to stick to the topic. You have not shown how these signs, which are a colossal waste of money we do not have are in anyway justifiable, or not the propaganda the critics are claiming.
