If HANOOTI is a citizen he has admitted he has treasonous plans for USA- he should be tried and hanged
If he is aiding terror groups financially it’s a crime and he should be jailed
if he is not a citzen, he should be immediately deported
and never allowed into USA- he has openly declared his intention to do harm
