I am thoroughly ashamed of many if not most of Obama’s actions, BUT there are others out there who should also be examining their consciences. Obama was elected in part as a response to 8 years of rampant anti-Americanism, both at home and abroad. There were 8 years of complaints about every thing America did that were unaccompanied by concrete suggestions for better approaches to hard problems. Any apologies should go hand in hand with a challenge to put aside childish utopian dreams. America needs adult partners, not people enthralled by Code Pink protests and stranded polar bears.
