I think we need more clarification about the legal aspects. The law uses the word “utterances” which I thought was verbal speech. Perhaps the prohibition applies only to people who say things out loud. What are the Norwegian laws protecting written speech–if any? Does it differentiate between verbal and written? Maybe the author is worrying prematurely. In any case, I do agree with his alarm.
