Did anyone notice that the Obama “best self” line is lifted straight from Oprah? Yes indeed, it’s the “code word” for the new age “it’s all about me, me and me.” When anti christ Oprah continually reminds us to “be our best self”,it’s never without throwing someone in the way under the big bus, even our Dear Jesus Christ.
My worst nightmare is that Obama, as you so eloquently and rightly describe Elizabeth as the “trophy wife”, will pick the “Best Self gal herself” for the VP. After all, it’s all about “ratings” certainly not experience.
