This Administration knows exactly what they are doing. They are trying to destroy the USofA. STATES MUST DECLARE THEIR 10TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS AND THEN NEGOTIATE ON THEIR OWN TO CLEAN UP THE OIL BLOWOUT MESS. It’s the only
