“Turkey Changed Sides Years Ago”
I naively thought this would be an article about American relations with Turkey, the implications of which are far more consequential to the world (and to Israel) than whether or not Israel is friend or foe to the fascists of Istanbul.
Perhaps it’s understandable that much of the narrative at PJM is so completely Israel-centric, given the extremely precarious position of Israel in the world today, and especially under this heinous current Islamophile US president. But is that wise?
As long as the Great Jihad is described in such parochial terms, Israel doesn’t stand a chance. It’s time for Jewish writers to realize this fact. For too long the Islamic Jihad has been depicted in the west largely as squabble between a small bunch of Jews and a small bunch of Arabs in the Holy Land. That is a lie, and a big one at that. This distorted narrative which places Jews primarily at the center of Global Islamic Jihad may give them a peculiar bragging right to claim first place as victims yet once again, but it also perversely guarantees Jewish isolation, and axiomatically reinforces the likelihood that they will indeed be the first to be annihilated in the new Global Jihad.
Islamic Jihad is a global cancer, not a regional tumor. It involves Muslims across the spectrum terrorizing and spreading Islam. Jihad isn’t limited to ethnic Arabs, though they are the vector for the disease — it also involves Caucasian Muslims, Chinese Muslims, Philippine Muslims, Indonesian Muslims, Persian Muslims, and every shade and variety in between, all going medieval against each other, but especially against those hapless “infidels” they find in their way. Any impedance to the spread of their vile creed of Islam warrants Jihad. This isn’t just about annihilating the a Jewish State (what the Muslims refer to as the “Lesser Satan”), but is about annihilating the world. The Muslims think of it as bringing Islam to the four corners of the world, and making sure their Allah reigns supreme. For everybody else that means extermination.
All writers in the civilized world had better broaden this storyline before it’s too late!
