The roadside breathalyzer tests aren’t admissible evidence in court, so they shouldn’t be sufficient evidence to justify putting up a person’s picture in a public location and calling them a drunk, either.
Thanks to MADD, though, little legalities like “innocent until proven guilty” just don’t seem important anymore.
