Of course he doesn’t. Why a muslim should? All that a muslim is supposed to do is proclaiming the alleged superiority of his faith on the others.
Islam is a transcendent faith, it does not pretend to explain its message through reasoning or humanity.
There’s a reason why it means “submission”, submission to a sadistic, irrational evil deity and its perverted prophet.
If Islam used reason Muslims could see by itself that the example of their prophet is ungodly. But alas, their definition of right and wrong is based on the evil of Muhammad himself.
It should be clear enough why there can’t be any dialogue.
