It is clearly meant to be victory flag raised after a succesful battle. Otherwise, why not put the mosque where Muslims actually live? And why 15 stories tall, when all the others in the city are 2 or 3 stories? We in the west must always bend over backwards not to offend Muslims, no matter how unintentionally. Well, it’s time for them to return the favor and worry about offending us.
