Mr. Pummer readily admits that the truly groundbreaking technology is 25 or more years away. I guess in the meantime we are to suffer and like it. I fear what my heating oil bill is going to be like this winter. Maybe I should send the bill to Mr. Pummer and ask if it brings a smile to his face.
