Mig – if you want to see insane you should look in the mirror. If you think special needs kids needs are always ‘met’ I suggest you make a visit to the county jail or a state run mental hospital. I’ll agree with you on one point though – the amount of time spent outside curriculum on helping kids with special needs is about 1000 times as much as is spent dealing with children and teachers who abuse kids with disabilities. I’ve always kind of wondered where teachers and administrators who allow the abuse of children with disabilities end up in Hell though.
