Actually, I’m quite sure he doesn’t because even HE doesn’t know. He’s never actually had to DO anything in his whole legislative experience other than vote for or against (or present!) on SOMEONE ELSE’S bill, or attach his name to SOMEONE ELSE’S bill as a co-sponsor.
Of course, actual foreign policy would be a whole NEW playground for him to learn and experiment with. What fun…meeting all those famous despots, demagogues, and dictators he’s only read about, and visiting all those strange foreign lands he’s only seen in movies and television!
Gosh, it will be just like when he was a little kid…only this time he won’t have to attend a boring ol’ Muslim school and learn all those boring ol’ Quranic prayers!
