Well, yes and no.
“Yes,” if you consider Obama’s “shock” about Rev. Wright, Rezko, etcetera, etcetera, a “shift.”
I’d call it the same old “shifty” weasling of an inexperienced double-talker. He isn’t the first and won’t be the last – of note though is how he’s equally unconvincing with or without teleprompter.
