Raise the limit to .10, lower the drinking age to 19. Standardize the cute little machines that measure ‘Breath’ alcohol and insist the manufacturers produce their software code (they don’t make it available unless court ordered). Let’s have some transparency.
Proving you’re not drunk is rather like proving a negative. Cops says yes you were, inaccurate machines confirm… I’d demand two blood tests, one for the cops to prosecute and one for me.
