Barak Hussein Obama May 1, 2010
President of the United States

President Obama:

This is the second time I have been required to speak with you regarding your unsatisfactory job performance as the President of the United States. I must remind you of the oath you took when you assumed the Presidency. You swore to “Protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article 4, section 4 of the constitution requires that you protect each of the states against invasion. However, rather than addressing the invasion of illegal aliens on the nations southern border you have chosen to criticize the Governor of Arizona for doing you job. Furthermore you have wasted your time on health care reform, passing a bill that ultimately may be found to be unconstitutional, bank reform, energy reform, etc. None of these issues are mentioned in the constitution. Nowhere does the constitution require the federal government to provide health care to the citizens of the various states.

Your distain for American business is obvious. Apparently you are not aware that the very business you so blatantly criticize for their greed are responsible for keeping the world free during World War II. In fact without our industrial might the state you claim to have been born in would be speaking Japanese, all of Europe would be speaking German, and Israel would not exist.

You have usurped the powers proscribed by the constitution by appointing czars over various private industries. The constitution requires that the Senate approve those administrators you appoint. The constitution does not give you the power to regulate the pay of personnel employed by private businesses. However, because you interfered with the free market system and chose to lend money to failing banks and automobile manufacturers you behave like you own those companies. In our economic system the federal government may have the rights of bondholders, and nothing more. You are a lawyer, you should know better.

I realize we the people have employed you for a term of 4 years, unless you commit treason or high crimes. I am simply providing you with a written warning that thus far your performance is unsatisfactory, as I would do with any other employee.

Sincerely,

Douglas L. Walter
Citizen of The United States
