Two Years After Strict Immigration Reform, Oklahoma Is More Than OK
The city council of Austin, Texas just voted to boycott the state of Arizona.
I am outraged and embarrassed. I grew up on the border near Brownsville, Texas, and witnessed the severe problems caused by illegal immigration. The schools are overwhelmed with providing education for the children of illegals, the hospitals provide free care and pregnant women walk across the border from Mexico to give birth to their children, who are then automatic citizens and eligible for family welfare benefits. Social services are burdened. Jobs are taken. Crime levels are high.
Those in Austin should be ashamed of this lack of care and concern for our Arizona neighbors, and this clueless act that denies the issues within our own state that burdens Austin taxpayers as well.
I say BOYCOTT AUSTIN.
