Jake: The objection to this stuff has nothing to do with supporting racism. Whether it’s for child pornography, murder, serial rape, or war crimes when you have a system that conducts secret trials and has a 100% conviction rate, it is an affront to justice and equality. That’s not to mention the fact that this law is likely counterproductive, because you can’t fight ideas with bullets or handcuffs, or any of that. The law that allows this ends up spotlighting the idea, while simultaneously driving its spread underground, where the thought police can’t track it (which can then become the justification for setting up 24 hour surveillance of every private home…)
