Bill Schneider (CNN analyst wince before Gettysberg) was asked why South Dakota went for Hillary and Montana went for Obama?
His answer was, “Simple. South Dakota is a closed primary state so only Democrats could vote, while Montana is an open primary, so Republicans and Independents could cross over and vote.”
I guess that should offer the final proof of the lie in Limbaugh’s Chaos Claim, and also who Republicans would really rather face in November
