Hearing stories about tipping, it reminds me of my travels in Europe (pre-Intifida, I no longer visit that miserable Nazi excuse of a continent) and how waiters and waitresses would practically beat each other up to serve American guests, who had a habit of leaving good tips — even when a service charge was included. The Eurosocialists couldn’t be bothered.
