I’m a Republican who crossed over to vote for Hillary in the Texas Democrat primary and caucus. I believe that crossover votes changed media coverage, providing just enough votes for Hillary to be declared the winner that evening and stop Obama momentum. Without those wins in March, Hillary would have been unable get funding to continue. Obama ended up winning the Texas caucus and did well in the delegate count, but by the time caucus votes had been counted, the media coverage had changed.
