The United States is getting sick and tired of giving Europe money. Its like the US is the rich little brother putting up his unemployed older brother. Before, the US was rich and carefree, and had no reason NOT to give to Europe. But now the US is older, wiser, and has its own problems to deal with, and doesnt have time for Europe. Honestly, I think that Europe cant stand up on its own after leaning on the US for so long.
