I think Rush should have played more of a role in promoting a candidate other than McCain. Conservatives were split and he could have helped out there. However, I understand why he did not. He would have outraged pockets of his listeners who supported other candidates. I can’t beleive we are stuck with McCain!
Operation Chaos had many less politically astute Republicans screeching in horror for fear that Hitlery would beat Obama and they hate the Clintons. But Rush was right. Without operation chaos the “shape shifter” would have moved along unscathed and unexposed. The Left has now used up their race card against Hitlerly and Bill. When they pull it out against Republicans during the general election, it will just be more of the same old stuff.
