You left out the “hollow points” part of his advice. Good advice really, much better stopping power. Carrying does not mean taking on a John Wayne swagger and actually looking for trouble…….just being prepared for what goes on in the real world.

I have never been to NO, but from the way it is described by some here it sounds much like Atlantic City, which I made the mistake of visiting once. Go one block behind the Boardwalk and it is like suddenly being dumped in some third world country, with your life expectancy about the same as a dog on the freeway.
