Actually, the right was incensed when Bush tried to do Dem-lite with the prescription drug monstrosity and so on.
However, the last Bush deficit with a Repub congress was $100B per year, which is just a bit over Obama’s monthly deficit.
Even if folks weren’t upset about $100B/year deficit, there’s nothing inconsistent with being upset about a $1.5T/year deficit.
The inconsistency is Harrison’s being mad about $100B/year deficit and not saying a thing about $1.5T/year.
