“In the case of this conservative, the allegation was false. I had listened to his program no more than a handful of times before March 2008.”
This is true of me and most conservatives I know. Though when I do listen to Rush, he’s good, intelligent, creative and most importantly, usually correct, conservative, unlike leftists, have MANY, MANY places to go for their news and views: other talk shows (local & national), blogs/websites, and even a few news channels. So as usual, the left, who never listen to Fox, talk radio or reads, is dead wrong with the “ditto head” moniker. And it’s so hypocritical because THEY are the ones whose entire news “knowledge” comes from the MSN.com or CNN.com headlines, Katie Couric/Brian Williams, the USA Today and maybe, Chris Matthews.
As a Hoosier, I am proud that Operation Chaos worked here better than nearly anywhere. Despite what the fools like David Axelrod and other Dems say, they do NOT have “two very very strong candidates”; they have two divisive, unqualified, far left affirmative action candidates. I know the Dems, as evidenced in Saturday’s pathetic meetings, ONLY care about race/gender and pushing the party as far left and away from Centrists and American ideals (see: Howard Dean, George Soros), but this is why they lose: they are out of touch elitists who care nothing (or understand nothing) about real Americans who don’t drink Starbucks or do yoga after shopping at Whole Foods Market.
The GOP has issues, and 2008 should be a Dem year, but it won’t. They still refuse to nominate fair and moderate electable candidates. Kerry was a terrible choice, but compared to Hussein Obama, he was Churchill.
