was cited – I would like to know when Senator Jim Risch made that statement …
I am CERTAINLY not challenging when and if he made it, rather that part of the statement – ” … a few years.” – A few months ago – the debt to GDP ratio stood at just over 83% – this morning – the debt to GDP ratio is just over 88.88% – If Risch made his remark recently – he was being grossly OVER optimistic.
