As an LAPD Officer it gives me great joy to see that rag circle the drain. That rag isn’t worthy of even being used as a urine catcher for my dog. I might use it to wrap up my pooch’s #2 if it happens to be discarded on the sidewalk at the right moment, but that’s about it.
