your analysis is real sweet, unfortunately, killing them all, enslaving them all, or killing enough of them to only have converts left alive is a losing strategy.
Islam is no more evil than communism, yet we had much more success with containment than slaughter. respectfully, i suggest you rethink your strategy. as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lebanon et al prove, a strategy with a mythical end game is a losing game. perhaps you will see the light when the executions during futbol halftimes begin in Pakistan. Boots on the ground will not yield a win, it is a tactic, not a strategy, not an end game. contain, divide, and drain their resources is much more workable.
