Dems haven’t figured out that their anecdotal sob stories won’t work, here. People are awake. They want substance. “How’s it gonna affect me?” Pubbies are killing them on substance. The Pubs look like they’ve done their homework, and the American people are going to respect that.
The Dems, by contrast, seem like they’re saying, “The dog ate my homework.” They don’t seem to be addressing the particulars of the bill. At this point, that’ll never fly. The Dems are having a really bad day. The longer it goes on, the better the Pubbies look. Obama is getting his butt kicked, and he looks like he knows it.
