Jackson trying to “separate” the EPA finding from the UN Climate Panel is so patently disingenuous as to be frightening in the extreme. In the first 63 pages of the Technical Support Document filed by the EPA in support of its “finding” the term “IPCC” appears approximately 120 times. Funny how “international” data was more than sufficient to penalize U.S. consumers but now becomes the red-haired stepchild at the dinner table with someone yells Liar, Liar pants on fire!
