Note that Shah of Iran had problem with corruption, which is indemic in Middle East. He hired Ross Perot’s firm to try to account for where all his arms were hidden. No problem, they never arrived. The money went into those convenient Swiss accounts. Ever read the story about how the Perot head guy got out of Iran? Push-me/Pull-me aircraft on road near Turkish border. Same way as an Army Colonel friend who escorted body of Colonel home and had his diplomatic passport seized leaving and US passport seized upon returning.
