Iran still owes the USA for the oil companies it nationalized as I umderstand it, and so do many other mid-east countries . I do love the fact that the government of Iran can not find answers for the money though . It has always been the few very corrupt people at the top who start wars and expect us peons to do the dying for their country and OUR money which they steal . When the masses figure this out and wake up, things might get better for all concerned .
