Blacks have been targeted by existing firearm laws for years. For instance, felons are not allowed to own or even touch a firearm. What portion of blacks are convicted felons? Many large cities are basically gun free zones, what with restrictions on gun stores and bans on handguns, and outright bans on guns in government housing projects. What proportion of city dwellers are black? Laws don’t prevent crime, civilized culture prevents crime.
