Why is anyone surprised? This is not the first time massive amounts of money have disappeared in Iraq. It has happened before by the truck loads. This has turned out to be the most stupidly managed war/conflict in American history. Poorly managed from the top, i.e. GW and his top managers/advisors. The sooner we get out the better. And I am sad to say I voted for GW twice.
