It certianly wasn’t spent on the education of the Iranian people. If they educated the Iranian people they wouldn’t be in charge anymore that’s for sure.

I’ll bet it was most likely used supporting radical groups fighting in Iraq and for Illegal Nuclear arms development. Most of the cash probably went to Russia and and North Korea for assistance with Nuclear tech and for procuring parts beyond their capability to produce.

The little Ahmadinejad reminds me of a mini Hitler more and more every day. He needs to be crushed like a bug in the kitchen before he’s allowed to start his war.
