I went for years to group therapy and one on one help for combat veterans. It was very helpful. Stay away from the sleeping pills, the tranquilizers, alcohol, and all other depressants. You have to force yourself to workout and eat right every day. Statistically, If your health is good and look better, and you have someone to talk too, you are way ahead of the game. And yes, you will have some bad days and it is OK to feel bad and to cry. But you must not blame society, because blame is the egos way of not having to take responsibility. You have to reclaim yourself.
