A whole lot of people have been very happy with the Third Court of Appeals decision in the FLDS matter. My belief is the Third Court applied the wrong legal standard and left the Supreme Court with no alternative other than to overrule them.
Like I said before the FLDS is heavily funded and has now hired lobbyiests as well as PR Firms to spin this
Not going to work, Republicans and Democrats in Texas are in unison – The FLDS wanted this showdown – they got their wish and are getting their trial and the full extent of the law shall be applied – despite emotional Norman Rockwellington staged photo ops and weeping mothers pleading for mercy clutching their knitting – they are responsible for whatever happened in those walls.
