Lot of states rights issues going to play out because of this EO.

If the states choose to ignore this EO they have every right under the constitution… would be interesting to see if some of the states arrest interpol ppl for breaking constitutional laws or even state laws and how that plays out.

Being this order seems to remove interpol from “fed control” the state can use it to argue the fed has to standing in what the state does to interpol because they’ve washed they’re hands of them.

Its things like this that were why the founders so strongly believed in stated rights and that we live in a union.
