You forget that none of this “health care reform” legislation–higher costs for reduced services– will actually apply to the politicians that wrote the legislation. Indeed, they’ve made their legislation perpetual, preventing a future congress from deleting provisions of it. Presumably under our rule of lawyers, this legislative provision will be found unconstitutional in the Supreme Court. Right. None of these so called national health care cost savings have come at the expense of trial lawyers who are now going to belly up to the bar of principle?
