Ok. So have you tried that argument with a judge: Your honor I feel that this speeding ticket cannot be enforced since the law enforcement officer did not serve tickets to ALL the speeders and targeted little old me and there were drivers going faster and I know that for a fact because I couldn’t catch up with them!!! Discrimiantion!!!!!!! Selectively enforcing Laws!!!!! As and aside I’m so glad you find this situation in Texas is so amusing. I remember after Hurricane Katrina how that State opened its arms to the people of Louisiana when everyone else was wringing their hands or pointing fingers at who was to blame. Be careful Darleen your beginning to sound ickey.
