read Michael C. v. Gresbach and the US Constitution, especially the 4th and 14th amendments. Also do a little research on the numerous historical court rulings that specifically say any policy or law that impacts the rights of parents to their children must be held to scrutiny.
The law cannot discriminate. You cannot selectively enforce laws. Period. And until you make peace with that fact of life, then you’re going to keep spinning from the “But they are cult members! they don’t deserve constitution rights!” wrongheaded POV.
As an aside, I’m amused the state of Texas makes a sexual relationship between a 17year 11 month old and an 18 year 1 day old couple a “felony” and yet still allows Planned Parenthood to operate within their borders.
Yeah, that’s logical.
