Terry, Sorry, I didn’t see the “US” civilians in your first query. I was responding to several people who wanted statistics that terrorists/attacks have increased greatly — without regard to what country.
People are people in my book. I hope we’re not saying it’s okay to foment bloodshed, as long as it isn’t on our soil.
