Does this wrangling mean that UNers and third world despots are going to have to wait even longer for their money? These people have ocean-side property on offer, children to be sent to US colleges, village elders to be compensated, mistresses to be recruited and paid and luxury cars to be purchased; every time some racist westerner says, “No, the sky ISN’T falling,” these plans have to be postponed yet again.
