Health care is already a defacto entitlement — Obama’s plan basically was to try to manage the skyrocketing costs of it all. Getting anything fixed or done in this country is getting ridiculous: you have a major party, the Republicans, who can be counted on only to be conniving, useless dumbf*cks who put politics so far, far above anything else that nothing too vile is beyond them, and a news media who can’t explain anything more complicated than a sports score.
