I thought that’s what we were doing when we gave Bush more powers than we have ever given any other President in war time. Four years and billions of dollars later and he can’t get bullets into the hands of Iraqi soldiers? You were asking before for training and education, schools and teachers. If Bush can’t manage ammunition, then how will he manage all that?
