It seems that to some of you the only way to make up for Bush’s mistakes is to make an even bigger one by telling the terrorists that they can beat us without winning any battles.
We seem to forget that while some will see as a loss for Bush, our enemies will see as a loss for America. Both parties were responsible for losing in Vietnam, a Republican for retreating in Beruit, and a Democrat in Somalia, but our enemies look to all three for inspiration and don’t care who was president at the time.
Please, can somebody who wants us to pull out explain how they can seriously think that Al Queda wouldn’t be thrilled if we did exactly what they want us to do?
