As far as gestures go, you have obviously been living in a cave for the last 50 years. There have been a thousand ‘gestures’ by Israel, from 1967 to Arafat at Camp David. ‘Gestures’ are only an ecouragement to more terror. Arabs only see that as weakness.
It again presumes some sort of bargaining sincerity that does not exist. No group of people have rejected the offers of statehood more in history because to finalise their position would mean acceptance of Israel. That they will never do and that position will be their undoing before yourself others like your and the whole world. Israel only needs to awake to that fact.
